Treatment Philosophy

I use manual therapy, anatomical acupuncture, AN-IMS, therapeutic/functional exercises and education in my practice.

I don’t just focus on the injury. I look at the whole person to determine the reason for the injury. What was the driver? What led up to it? I like to spend the time learning about my clients and how they live day to day to identify what activities are enhancing or possibly slowing their recovery.

It’s important to me that my clients understand their injuries and what contributes to the problem. Information is power. A client who understands their injury will also know what they can do to speed their recovery.
